Terms and Conditions

Photos
1 • The final image files are delivered in JPEG format in the highest resolution. All other formats are only issued upon request and will be invoiced.

2 • The contractor selects the final photos, which will be edited and presented for approval in the online gallery.

3 • Image editing includes retouching, color adjustments, contrast and brightness, as well as image cropping.

General
1 • The Contractor will be provided with a detailed schedule with the necessary

4 • The rights of use for delivered photos as well as ownership rights for additional goods (such as photo albums, other photo products, etc.) are only transferred upon full payment of the fee.

copyright
1 • The sole copyright rests with the Contractor.

2 • The contractor may, until revoked, use the photographs created for self-promotion. Self-promotion includes digital publication on the website, social media and the
Contractor's blog. Furthermore, the contractor may use the photos for print advertising, such as flyers, brochures, advertisements, etc.

3 • The client is obliged to inform all guests present about the possibility of publication
and to obtain the declaration of consent. Any claims for compensation by third parties based on a breach of this obligation shall be borne by the client.

4 • The client may use the photos in an unchanged form for private purposes without any time limit. These purposes include publishing them on social media profiles and private websites, printing them out and creating photo albums or other photo products.

5 • For commercial use, the Client must acquire an extended, fee-based right of use from the Contractor.

Liability
1 • The Contractor shall only be liable for damage or loss of digital image files (despite multiple backups) in the event of intent or gross negligence

2 • Bookings are made with the utmost care. However, if due to unavoidable circumstances such as sudden illness, accident, traffic disruption or environmental influences, no photographer is available,
cannot appear at the agreed time, no liability can be accepted for any resulting

Miscellaneous
1 • All changes to the contract must be agreed in writing. Verbal agreements are
are not applicable. German law applies.

2 • Should individual points of the contract be void or invalid, the agreement as a whole remains unaffected. A valid replacement provision must be agreed that comes closest to the original meaning.
